Dockmasters House Indian Restaurant

GCL were selected to carry out the complete refurbishment of the Dockmasters House Indian Restaurant including the installation of a triple glazed storey glass extension.

The building was an existing listed building and involved extensive structural alterations, new drainage, granite and tile works, full m & e and commercial kitchen installation, lath & plaster celings, oak flooring, lime plastering of walls, traditionally constructed joinery items, external landscaping and many other works packages. The project was completed in 30 weeks
